Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

Detailed below are the delivery terms and conditions which apply to all transactions on the Cosmetic Kingdom website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully. Dispatch

 

It is our intention to dispatch all orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day will be dispatched on the next available working day. Both UK and overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.

 

UK Shipping

 

For UK shipping, all orders over £10 attract free delivery, with all orders up to the value of £16 being posted by regular 1st class post, and orders above £16 being posted by 1st class recorded post.

 

For all orders under £10 shipping charges are calculated individually, and will be advised to you by the system before you confirm your order. By confirming your order, you agree to the shipping charge calculated.

 

We do not offer a next day or express delivery service.

 

Please note that for orders over £16, a signature will be required upon delivery of the goods.

 

 

Free shipping on all orders over £10, ONLY applies to retail customers with an order product cost above the £10 threshold. Customers must choose the free shipping method, upon checkout, to be eligible for this offer.

 

Overseas Shipping

 

Due to various restrictions, we can not ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg in weight in any one order and we can not ship in wholesale overseas. We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and all outlying territories, United States, Vatican City.

 

For all overseas orders, the shipping method is International Signed for Service, and will require a signature upon delivery of the goods.

 

We do not provide free shipping or an express service for overseas orders.

 

 

Wholesale Shipping

 

All orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours, and delivered in accordance with the orders' delivery service. A shipment notification will be sent when your order is dispatched.

 

We do not offer either a next day or a Saturday delivery service.

 

Delivery will be dependant upon the carrier used.

 

Free Shipping over £10 : This offer does not apply to wholesale customers logging into and purchasing from the wholesale website. See full terms and conditions for details on shipping rates applied to wholesale orders.

Non-receipt of Order (UK & Overseas)

If an order is not received you must notify Cosmetic Kingdom in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

 

Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 10 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 21 working days

 

Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned, the products refunded and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.

 

Cosmetic Kingdom shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
