~ Terms & Conditions : Detailed below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions on the Cosmetic Kingdom website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully.

~ Pricing : All pricing shown on this website is subject to availability. All product prices are shown in UK Pound sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery.

~ Promotion Codes : Only one promotion code or gift voucher code, regardless of its origin, can be redeemed against any one order. Promotions do not apply to any site sales. Cosmetic Kingdom has the right to withdraw discount codes at any time.

~ Availability : All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be completed, due to an availability issue, you will be given a refund for the out of stock product(s). Cosmetic Kingdom will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

~ Authenticity : We only advertise and sell products that are 100% genuine.

~ Images : All images on this website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. From time to time colours may vary due to photographic/graphics constraints/processes.

~ Product Details : All products advertised on the Cosmetic Kingdom website are new and unused. In relation to unboxed items we make every effort to advertise products clearly, noting in the advert whether they are sealed, unsealed etc. However, from time to time, products may have no mention of this within the advert and must be assumed to be an unsealed product. In relation to tester products, testers are not supplied free of charge. Testers are often the normal products sold, but with the packaging marked as ‘tester’. Some items may also be marked ‘not for individual sale’. By confirming your order to Cosmetic Kingdom, you are confirming and accepting that you are aware of these facts and are satisfied to order on this basis. We make every effort to advertise products accurately. Please read item descriptions carefully.

 

~ Free Shipping over £10 : free shipping on all orders over £10, ONLY applies to retail customers with an order product cost above the £10 threshold. Customers must choose the free shipping method, upon checkout, to be eligible for this offer. This offer does not apply to wholesale customers logging into and purchasing from the wholesale website. See terms and conditions entitled  'wholesale orders' below, for details on shipping rates applied to wholesale orders.

 

 ~ Overseas Shipping : Due to various restrictions, we can not ship any aerosol product or any flammable product overseas. The total weight we will ship overseas is no more than 2kg in weight in any one order. We will only ship to the following countries : Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and all outlying territories, United States, Vatican City.

 

Please see section entitled 'Wholesale Overseas' for countries to which we ship wholesale orders.

~ Order Payment : Payment online can be made using either Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. If making payment online, please note we are not party to any details of your credit/debit card. Payment is verified by Paypal prior to the order being submitted to us. Cleared payment for orders must be received by Cosmetic Kingdom before any order can be  dispatched. We do not accept payment by either cheque or postal order.

 

~ Checkout : Our checkout software does not currently support either Applemac or mobile device software

~ Dispatch : It is our intention to dispatch orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) within 48 hours. Delivery will be dependant upon the carrier used. Both UK and overseas orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail postal service. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.

 

~ Order Confirmation : Prior to submitting your order, please check carefully and ensure all details of your order and postal address are correct. Cosmetic Kingdom will not be liable for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address. Following submission of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that Cosmetic Kingdom has received your order. This will detail your specific order number, which will be required in the event that you contact us with any queries.  So please make sure you keep this confirmation safe and to hand should there be a query. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to decline any order.

 

~ Delivery : Shipping charges are calculated individually, and will be advised to you by the system before you confirm your order. By confirming your order, you agree to the shipping charge calculated. For UK shipping, all orders over £10 attract free delivery, with all orders up to the value of £16 being posted by regular 2nd class post, and orders above £16  being posted by 2nd class recorded post. However, Cosmetic Kingdom have the right to deviate from this policy from time to time. Should you require a specific postage service other than our standard, then the postage chosen will be an additional cost payable upon placing your order. Processing and dispatch time will still be the same as our Dispatch policy above ie within 48 hours.

~ Please note that for orders over £16, a signature will be required upon delivery of the goods.

~ For all overseas orders, the shipping method is International Signed for Service, and will require a signature upon delivery of the goods. There is no free shipping for overseas orders.

~ Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order

~ We do not allow cross-border transactions. Your order must be sent to the same country as your payment method is billed to.

~ If an order is not received you must notify Cosmetic Kingdom in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

~ Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 10 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 21 working days

~ Orders returned 'Not Called For' (or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, excluding postage. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.

~ Cosmetic Kingdom shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

 

 

 ~ Wholesale Orders UK : We provide a wholesale service to UK customers and some International countries as listed below - please see section entitled Wholesale Overseas

 

~ All UK wholesale orders, regardless of value, attract shipping rates. These rates are based upon weight. Orders up to 2kg in weight can be delivered by either Royal Mail Recorded post or Parcelforce at the customers choice. All orders over 2kg in weight will be delivered by Parcelforce. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based upon the items in the basket.

 

~ All orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours, and delivered in accordance with the orders' delivery service.  A shipment notification will be sent when your order is dispatched.

 

~ We do not offer either a next day or a Saturday delivery service. 

 

~ Delivery will be dependant upon the carrier used

 ~ Wholesale Orders Overseas : We ship wholesale order overseas to the following countries only : Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. We do not ship wholesale to any other international country.

 

~ All Overseas wholesale orders, regardless of value, attract shipping rates. These rates are based upon weight. All orders will be delivered by Parcelforce Euro Priority service. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based upon the item weight in the basket.

 

~ All orders received on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours, and estimated delivery timescales 3-5 working days after dispatch. A shipment notification will be sent when your order is dispatched.

  

~ Delivery will be dependant upon the carrier used

~ Returns Policy : In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Cosmetic Kingdom will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

~ If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 01527 892693 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by first class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

~ If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

~ If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods, the following procedure applies :-

~ Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the ‘right to cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Cosmetic Kingdom. We will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

~ You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by first class post (we recommend you obtain Proof of Posting) and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the original cost of postage of the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of this page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Goods are refunded within 30 days.

FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MAKEUP OR SKINCARE PRODUCT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED AND USED.

~ Complaints : All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.

~ Cosmetic Kingdom reserves the right to contact customers regarding orders.

~ In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Cosmetic Kingdom express permission to do so.

~ As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

~ Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
